Is it safe to use?
Yes! Ionic foot baths have been used in wellness spas for decades. The electrical current is very mild and similar to what physical therapists use. However, we do not recommend use during pregnancy or if you have a pacemaker. Always consult your doctor if you have specific health concerns.
How often should I use it?
Most customers use their foot spa 1-2 times per week. We recommend starting with once a week and adjusting based on how your body responds. Many customers make it their Sunday evening self-care ritual!
Why does the water change color?
The color change comes from two factors: the ionic reaction between the array, salt, and water, plus what your body releases through your feet. Different people often see different colors, and even the same person may see variations between sessions.
How long does the ionic array last?
With regular use (1-2 times per week), the array typically lasts 30-50 sessions, or about 6+ months. Replacement arrays are available in our store.
